Here's a vintage 1950s glam hat if there ever was one! The base is black velvet with a front band topped with rhinestones and a tiny feather, and it has side loops to keep it in place. It is in excellent condition, minor wear to the top velvet. Unlabeled. Measures about 20 inces around the inside. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
